Our goal is to help people transform state politics. We investigate why it’s so broken, imagine what we could have here in Massachusetts if we fixed it, and report on how you can get involved. If you believe in fighting for social justice, in reducing inequality, in health care for all, in affordable housing, in reforming our criminal justice system, and if you want to be part of getting these policies – and more – passed, then this is the podcast for you.

Hi, it's Anna Callahan with a short announcement. We wanted to let you all know that we'll be having a live broadcast on Saturday, July 24th, at 11am on the Boston Common. Jordan Berg Powers, Jonathan Cohn, and I would love to see you there in person! Bring your questions about state politics so we can answer them live on the show, and bring your kids cuz we'll have kids activities. And bring your friends, everybody's welcome, we have some fun activities planned and we promise you'll have a good time.
